The Problem Statement : 

• Many students often need extra support beyond school hours, but the parents may be either uneducated or lack time. 
• Many teachers are underqualified for digital demand. Many schools face staff shortages, and Many children have no access to education. 

• These issues contribute to inequality and poverty.

SOLUTION: 

Our Innovative equity enhancing Initiatives for children at school are :

Senior students mentor younger peers, empower teachers digitally,promote rural teacher retention, and integrate sustainability into the curriculum. 

Academicians are urged to influence education boards to mandate these for academic success and sustainability.

For children who are deprived of access to education, our Sustainable Learning Hubs Provide open schooling opportunities through DigiSchool tabs, offering free digital resources on a single platform to enhance literacy rate. 

Empowerment TV/YouTube channel fosters skill development for adults in remote areas, promoting employability and financial stability.

Philanthropists are invited to support and replicate this model for universal education access.
