1. Introduction

Welcome to The Kid Company, a unique multi-vendor eCommerce platform designed for school students to showcase and sell their products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Registration & Account Responsibilities

• Users must register an account to buy or sell products on The Kid Company. Registration is open only to school students and their authorized representatives.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any changes to your information should be updated promptly.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for accurately listing their products, including detailed descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• All products must comply with our guidelines and be appropriate for school students.
• Vendors are expected to fulfill orders promptly and communicate any issues or delays directly with the buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• The Youth Company handles all shipments and deliveries in collaboration with Shiprocket. Vendors do not need to manage shipping independently.
• Once an order is placed, our team generates shipment details and coordinates with Shiprocket for pickup and delivery.
• Shiprocket manages the delivery process, including tracking and resolving delivery-related issues. For shipment-related concerns, customers and vendors should contact Shiprocket’s support team directly.

5. Payment & Fees

• Vendors will receive payments for their sales after deducting platform fees and shipping costs.
• Payments to vendors will be processed on a [weekly/monthly] basis, along with a detailed payout report.

6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

If you must cancel your enrollment before 4 days of start of the program , you will receive a full credit towards a future program at the same location within 12 months, subject to the condition, if the future program has a higher fee, you will be responsible for the difference.

Late Cancellation

For cancellations within 4 days of the program start date, a 25% processing fee will apply.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• All content on the platform, including product listings, images, and descriptions, is owned by the respective vendors or The Kid Company.
• Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any content without prior authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, The Kid Company does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content on the platform.
• The Kid Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or services, including any issues related to shipments managed by Shiprocket.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes between buyers and vendors, our support team will assist in reaching a fair resolution.
• Disputes related to shipping and delivery should be addressed directly with Shiprocket’s customer support.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

• The Youth Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any modified terms.
