Introduction :- Husk burning is a major problem that causes pollution in the environment. Around 31 million tonnes of rice husk and 4 to 5 million rice husk ash is produced. To solve this problem we have made this product. It is a unique idea to protect environment and earning profit out of the rice husk by the farmers.
Working :- Husk is loaded into the conveyer belt from there it goes to the cutter where it is churned to increase its surface area is increased. Then the husk is sent to destructive distillation chamber where it is burned in absence of oxygen and after burning, coke is formed. Coke can be used in metallurgical industries where it is required.
