Our idea is to create an advanced AI-powered classroom management system that helps schools become smarter, safer, and more efficient. The main goal of this project is to reduce the manual workload of teachers and make attendance, safety, behavior tracking, and student monitoring fully automated through Artificial Intelligence.

 

 

 

How It Works

 

Smart cameras will be installed in every classroom. These cameras will continuously record classroom activities and send the live footage directly to the AI system. The AI will have access to continuous recordings at all times, allowing it to analyze classroom behavior and update records in real time.

 

Using facial recognition technology, the AI will recognize each student and automatically mark their attendance without requiring the teacher to call out names. The attendance data will then be securely stored and automatically sent to the school administration or updated on a digital attendance app. This process saves time, prevents human error, and completely eliminates the problem of proxy attendance.

 

Whenever a student is absent, the AI will instantly notify parents via SMS or app notification, ensuring transparent communication between school and home.

 

 

 

Student Profiles & Smart Insights

 

The AI will maintain a digital profile for every student, including their name, photo, roll number, and other details. Using this data, it will track attendance history, identify irregular patterns, and alert the administration if a student remains absent for multiple days.

 

Beyond attendance, the system will also analyze student attentiveness and participation in class. For instance, if a student frequently looks away, doesn’t write classwork, or seems distracted, the AI assigns a lower “focus score.”
