The dispenser works on a simple but intelligent mechanism.
Inside the unit, plates are stacked vertically on a motor-driven lifting platform.
A geared-stepper motor connected through a transmission system gradually raises the platform as plates are removed. At the top, there is a precision-designed outlet that allows only a single plate to be dispensed at a time.

The Automatic Plate Dispenser automates the process of plate dispensing by:
- Stacking plates on a movable platform
- Lifting plates using a lead screw mechanism
- Allowing access to only one plate at a time
- Using sensor feedback to control movement and touchless mechanism
