Automatic Plate Dispenser

Description

The dispenser works on a simple but intelligent mechanism.
Inside the unit, plates are stacked vertically on a motor-driven lifting platform.
A geared-stepper motor connected through a transmission system gradually raises the platform as plates are removed. At the top, there is a precision-designed outlet that allows only a single plate to be dispensed at a time.

When someone picks up a plate, the sensor detects the absence and triggers the motor.
The system then lifts the next plate seamlessly into position.
This ensures that the user always receives exactly one plate, without touching the others.

My design prioritizes hygiene, time efficiency, and mechanical reliability.
The casing is compact, lightweight, and child-friendly, making it suitable for school environments.
The mechanism uses minimal power and can be operated through a rechargeable battery or standard power supply.
