BOOND is a low-cost smart water bowl for stray animals. Your support helps us build our first working prototype and place it in real streets where clean water can save lives.
BOOND started with a moment almost everyone misses.
We kept watching stray dogs, cats and birds searching for water in the heat.
Some bowls were empty, some dirty, some completely forgotten.
And these animals just kept trying quietly, without asking for anything.
A lot of kind people do put out water bowls, but real life gets busy.
Refilling, cleaning, checking — it’s easy to miss a day.
For us, that day felt like it mattered.
So we began building BOOND: a simple, smart water bowl that can:
sense when water is low
detect when it’s dirty
send alerts to the community
appear on a live map inside a small, clean app
It’s not high-tech for the sake of it.
It’s just technology supporting everyday kindness.
We’ve already designed a low-cost IoT bowl (₹500–₹700 per unit).
Now we’re creating the first real working prototype with sensors, a strong casing, electronics, and street testing.
