It has the ability of detecting stress using heart rate and heart rate variation and gives a gentle alert to give yourself a break. It detects if you have been working for long, so it gives a reminder to take rest. It also shows app dashboard where you can track how much time you have spent on work,sleep, activites and personal time.

Our product is a smartwatch-based stress and workload monitoring system designed especially for students and young people who often struggle to notice early signs of stress. Many students don’t realise when their body is under pressure, and by the time they do, the stress has already affected their focus, behaviour, and health. Our solution helps them understand their stress levels in a simple and automatic way.
The smartwatch tracks three main signs of stress:

These are natural signals the body gives when someone is overwhelmed or anxious. The watch reads these signs in the background. When it detects unusual patterns, it sends a stress alert on the screen. The alert is short, clear, and reminds the person to take a break, breathe slowly, or step away from work for a moment.
Apart from stress, the system also helps manage workload. Many students overwork themselves without noticing how much time they are spending on studies, homework, screens, or projects. The watch includes a work limit reminder, which sends a gentle notification when the person has been working for too long. This prevents burnout and encourages healthy study habits.
The home screen shows a simple Balance Score, which gives an overall idea of the user’s daily wellbeing. It combines rest, stress, and work time into one easy score. Users do not need to understand complicated numbers—the score tells them instantly if their day is balanced or if they need to slow down.
All information is collected in a clean and easy-to-read Dashboard. The dashboard shows daily and weekly trends so the user can understand how their routine affects their stress levels. It helps them see what days were more stressful, what caused the imbalance, and how they can improve. This creates awareness and helps build healthier habits over time.
What makes our product unique is its simplicity. It does not try to diagnose or act like a doctor. Instead, it focuses on early signs, gentle reminders, and behaviour awareness. It supports students quietly in the background, helping them take better care of themselves without extra effort.
