Carbon Block

Description

CarbonBlock is a next-generation, carbon-negative construction brick designed to fight climate change while strengthening India’s infrastructure. Traditional bricks release massive CO₂ during firing and cement production. CarbonBlock solves this through a calcium-mineralization process that captures CO₂ and locks it inside every brick, preventing it from entering the atmosphere.

We also use fly ash, an abundant industrial waste, lowering both material cost and environmental damage. Together, this creates a brick with up to 70% lower carbon emissions, high compressive strength, and better long-term durability.

Our prototype has passed compressive strength and water-absorption tests, and major construction leaders like Casagrand and DLF have shown strong interest in our innovation.
