CareFace, an AI-powered Emotion Recognition System, is designed to make Health at Home smarter, safer, and more human-centered.

Using a simple camera, CareFace continuously monitors real-time facial expressions and body posture to detect emotions such as happiness, sadness, fear, anger, disgust, surprise, and neutral states. When signs of pain or anxiety appear, it automatically triggers comforting actions—like soothing music. If distress persists beyond 30 seconds, CareFace prompts the patient to alert a caregiver or family member, ensuring no silent suffering goes unnoticed.

CareFace logs all emotional events into secure history files, enabling doctors to track patterns over time. The CareFace Doctor Dashboard highlights prolonged negative states and emotional trends, while the Analytics Dashboard offers visual insights for personalized care planning, remote monitoring, and early warning signs.
