Eco Air Defender

Eco Air Defender is an innovative, portable outdoor air-purification system designed to tackle rising pollution levels in urban environments while staying fully eco-friendly. Its entire structure is built using durable bamboo frames, which makes the device lightweight, biodegradable, and far more sustainable than traditional metal or plastic-based systems. At its core, Eco Air Defender uses a powerful two-stage filtration mechanism combining HEPA filters and activated carbon to remove PM2.5, dust, smoke, and harmful gases from the surrounding air. A high-efficiency DC blower pulls in polluted air and releases clean, fresh air back into the environment, making it ideal for streets, parks, school entrances, bus stands, and other high-traffic polluted zones. During the development of this project, we encountered a major challenge: regular solar panels failed to generate enough electricity in cloudy, shaded, or low-light areas, limiting the performance of the purifier. To solve this problem, we invented UVita Panels, an advanced energy-harvesting technology that captures UV rays instead of relying only on direct sunlight, increasing overall energy efficiency by nearly 50% even in poor lighting conditions. With wheels for mobility, renewable-energy operation, biodegradable materials, and real-time AQI monitoring, Eco Air Defender provides a sustainable, portable, and highly efficient solution for improving outdoor air quality in modern cities.
