Drishti-Dot is a prototype of braille cell using electromagnets and eccentrically mounted Cam mechanism. It is a extremely cost effective solution to braille cells which can be used in various digital-tactile braille displays like digital braille reader, tablet etc.

This innovation is by students of Mayoor School, Noida.
Our technology basically aims to reduce the cost of braille cells. The overall cost of individual cell is 1/10th of the braille cells available in market. The Technology has been approved and prototype is under preparation. We are looking for fund raise for Drishti-Dot.
With more funds, we would be adding more features to make it more user friendly.
