We chose this because we’ve seen the struggle firsthand. During visits to our grandparents in Tier-2 cities, we noticed how challenging it was to get fresh vegetables, daily essentials, and local products quickly and on time. Unlike metro cities with instant delivery apps, Tier-2 cities lack platforms that truly understand local culture,  seasonal needs, and regional products.
