1. 1. The Avoiders (Citizens/Commuters):  These people normally feed upon viral clips and rumors on social media apps. With our app they gain immediate, proactive safety via the Safety Route Planner, which uses real-time threat data to guide them around high-risk zones, giving them confidence back.
2. The Assisters (NGOs/Feeders): These are well intentioned organizations who are putting in efforts but not getting that much output back. They will gain efficiency and accountability by mapping and coordinating feeding points, transforming aggressive packs into predictable, managed groups.
